Questions about pricing

Can I change plans mid-month?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated to the day. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle so you keep your current tier's limits until renewal.
What counts as an API request?
Any inbound HTTP or GraphQL call that passes through the Workshop Studio gateway counts as one request. Internal health checks and webhook retries we initiate on your behalf do not count toward your monthly limit.
Is there a volume discount above Enterprise?
Yes. If you're consistently above 50 million monthly requests, contact us for a custom quote. We also offer annual billing at a 15% discount across all plans.
Do you offer a startup discount?
If your company is less than two years old and pre-Series A, you may qualify for our Founders Programme, which provides Growth tier access at Starter pricing for the first 12 months. Apply via the contact page.
What happens when I exceed my request limit?
We send you an automated alert at 80% of your monthly limit. If you exceed the limit, additional requests are charged at €0.20 per 10,000. We never hard-block your traffic mid-month — your product keeps running.
